Gilbert Hernandez: I didn’t know [Spoiler] was going to die. Well of course I did! I knew all along - but I didn’t know. It was clouded, let’s say. (…) Obviously that was my plan… (…) when you read it from [issue number X] to [issue number Y], it’s there, It’s clear that’s where [Spoiler] is going; it’s buried in my unconscious, and it comes out the way the reader will see it.
